Hair Bow Holder

This is my first creation with Alyssa's name on it. (It kind of sounds funny using an actual name rather than 'Baby' or 'She') I wanted a cute holder for her hair bows and headbands, so I made this today. I started with a plain piece of wood from Wal-Mart for $1.20. I painted the piece of wood brown, the edge green, and I glued the name and flowers onto my painted product. Dustin screwed the hooks into the wood for me, and then I attached the ribbons. The hooks are for the headbands and the ribbons are what I will attach the bows to. I think it will be cute hung in her room in Huntington when we find her a place to live!! I may just have to hang it up here even though she doesn't technically have a room. I really enjoyed doing this craft...and it was super inexpensive because I had many of the supplies.
