Cloth diapers have come a long way since the dish towel like things our great grandparents used. Dustin and I have decided to try cloth diapering after Baby is a few months old. Many people who use these cloth diapers usually recommend them after the craziness of the new baby is subsiding and we are settling into somewhat of a routine. Many people who try it from the beginning often stop using them. The diapers are a little expensive, but I know that it will save us enough money to make it worth the extra washing and hassle, not to mention less plastic waste. For those of you who think of the old dish towel things when cloth diapers are mentioned, I thought I would include the "newer" look of cloth diapering. I am really kind of excited to try it and somewhat determined to make it work....after those first two months.
These diapers even have snaps for size adjustment. They work for babies from 8 pounds all the way to potty trained children.

Baby's Build a Bear we made for her, sporting the pink cloth diaper

Baby did not have a teddy bear, and we thought every baby needed one! So when we were in Virginia shopping a few weekends ago we decided to make her one. We picked the cuddliest teddy bear with the softest fur and picked the perfect heart to insert to make it complete. Now she has a teddy bear!! And it is sporting the super cute diaper!!
